This PR updates the version of eslint-config-expensify to the latest (2.0.81), removes eslint suppressions about the use of for..of loops and refactors the use of for loops to for..of loops.

  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions
